Section 61
Tax on Herbs, Kavadi and Animals
Any person or organization within the territory of a village or municipality shall purchase wool, khat, herbs, weeds (Khar), Kavadi goods, bones, horns, feathers, skin or other dead or killed animals except animals prohibited according to prevailing laws. The rural municipality and municipality will levy tax on herbs, kavadi and animals for commercial use of similar nature.
